Sighting location: Mynydd Iltudd. Sighting date: 28/01/19
On an early morning walk on Traeth Mawr, Mynydd Illtud, with much of the standing water frozen, I surprised a Brown Hare, which was a surprise for me as well, never had one there before. On the way back 6 Common Snipe and 1Jack Snipe flushed, the Jack from under my feet. The G G Shrike is back outside my house and I'm fairly sure it went to roost in the copse of trees at the bottom of my garden.
