Around Llangasty were a Pink-footed Goose, 3 Redshank, 1 Bl-tailed Godwit, 7 Lapwing, 1 C.Sandpiper, 1 male YWagtail, 2 Gadwall, brood Mallard, 3 Teal. Goldeneye have now all gone.

2 Red-legged Partridge and a Chiffchaff.

3x Goshawks within 2 miles. Pied Flycatcher . 3x Redstarts near usk Res. 2x Kestrels, glasfynydd Forest. Near Usk res a large warbler though I couldn't id it, 1 1/2 x size of a willow and fanned its tail out at intervals.

Black Tailed Godwit still there - along with 2 gadwall, 2 Garganey, Pink footed Goose ( I think ) which was with a pair of canada G. Pochard amongst others. Thanks those here reporting the Godwit. photo in Gallery

6 Willow warblers, 3 singing Chiffchaff in llwynfynwent Woods this morning

Kingfishers, Long tailed Tits, Gossanders where the highlights this morning walking though Island fields from Scout Hut Lane to BSW.

1 Pink-footed Goose with Canada's, 1 Black-tailed Godwit, 1 Common Sandpiper, 2 LR Plover, 1 Redshank, 4 Lapwing, 6 Teal, 2 Yellow Wagtail, 1 White Wag, 4 Chiffchaff, 4 LT Tit and a male Blackcap.

Migrants: 1 House Martin, 1 Swallow, 3 singing Chiffchaff and 1 Willow Warbler. Best of the rest: 10 Yellowhammer, 4 Linnet, 2 male Grey Wags, pair Marsh Tit and a Stock Dove.

Tree Pipit (4+), Redstart - 2 singing, both first time this year, with Green and GS Woodpecker, Yellowhammer (2), Reed Bunting (2), Stonechat, Treecreeper(6), Bullfinch, Meadow Pipit, Willow Warbler, Chiff Chaff and a few Swallows.

Plenty of birdlife seen in a walk along the fenceline.Stonechat,Blackbird,Wren,Dunnock,Jay,Raven,Chaffinch,Wheatear and at least twenty Yellowhammers.
