Marsh Harrier! After leaving Llangasty (0930) going back to Brecon via Penorth. A male bird was sitting in the trees by the 'layby' just after the Blue Penorth sign. Left hand side as entering Penorth (from Brecon ) I was able to park by the house at this sign and watch the Harrier for 5 minutes or so before it flew off. Pale Bird, looked slightly larger than a buzzard, nice yellow eyes and black wing tips. Flew off towards Llangos lake. Note to self - always have your camera when birding!
